CLASS "A" OFFICE BUILDING:
Schematic Design, 3D Modeling and Rendering

This project involves the Design of a new 65,000 SF Class "A" Office Building.


LIGHT MANUFACTURING:
Schematic Design, 3D Modeling and Rendering

This project involves a Design for the Corporate Headquarters and Manufacturing Facility of an Architectural and Stage Lighting Company. The creation of a 3D Model and Rendering of the design provides a tangible vision of the proposed building.


 
 

RESIDENTIAL:
Addition and Alterations

This 1970's Traditional Colonial-Style home required a complete renovation. The project included enlarging the Master Bathroom including a double vanity, Master Shower with bench seat, a whirlpool tub and separate toilet compartment; also adding a separate toilet compartment to the Family Bathroom; adding a Sun Room and Wet Bar with Porch access to the pool; combining the Kitchen and Dining Room to create a more open plan, providing a separate entrance to a Home Office with Powder Room; and reconfiguring the Master Bedroom while adding a fireplace, Cathedral ceiling, dressing room and private porch .

Recently completed, this project involved a Second Story Addition for a new Family Bathroom.

This project involves the gut-rehab and expasion of a Kitchen, as well as, the Addition of a 1 1/2 Story Family Dining Area with Clerestory Windows above.

COMMERCIAL:
3D Modeling and Rendering

This project involves the creation of a 3D Model and Rendering of the Schematic Design of a Proposed Office Building for Downtown Tuckahoe, New York and superimposing the rendered building into an actual photograph of the site with it's surrounding context.
