RESIDENTIAL: Additions and Alterations - Master Bedroom Suite, Kitchen Renovation and Family Room Addition This 1950's Colonial-Style home required an updating. The New Master Bedroom Suite included the renovation of the existing Master Bedroom and Dressing Room with a Second Story Addition of a Master Bathroom with Jacuzzi Tub and separate Master Shower. The project also included the complete gut-rehab of the Family Bathroom, Powder Room, the Kitchen and a complete tear-down and re-building of the Family Room. The House also under went a complete window replacement, re-roofing and re-siding, as well as, the installation of a Central Air Conditioning System.

RESIDENTIAL: Second Story Addition - Master Bedroom Suite This 1960's Traditional Colonial-Style home required an updated Master Bedroom Suite. The project included enlarging the Master Bathroom adding a double vanity, wide shower with bench seat and a whirlpool tub; increasing the size of one walk-in-closet and adding another; adding a private Home Office; and reconfiguring the Master Bedroom with sitting area and adding a Cathedral ceiling.

RESIDENTIAL: Kitchen and First Floor Renovation Phase 2 of a recently completed Basement Renovation, which included a Family Room, Home Office, Exercise Room and Bathroom. This Phase has opened the new Kitchen space to the Living Room and provided a large dining peninsula.
RESIDENTIAL: Basement Conversion This project consisted of a conversion of an unfinished Basement to a Multi-use space including a Home Office, Family Room, Bathroom, Storage Room and Recreation Area with Pool Table.
RESIDENTIAL: Master Bedroom Suite Phase 2 of a recently completed Kitchen Addition, which also included the renovation of the Living/Dining Room, Family Room, and the conversion of the former kitchen space into a Home Office, Mudroom and Powder Room. This addition is to include a Master Bedroom, Dressing Room, Exercise Room, and Master Bathroom. Also planned are renovations to existing sleeping areas and bathrooms.
RESIDENTIAL: Second Story Addition - Master Bedroom Suite The original one story home had several additions over the years. However, this second story addition not only added a Master Bedroom Suite including Master Bedroom with Sitting Area, Master Bathroom, His and Her Walk-in Closets and a Private covered porch overlooking the expansive side yard but, it completely changed the character of the house and acted as an overall organizing element. A smaller bedroom on the first floor was converted to a Laundry Room and now houses the stair leading to the suite.

COLLEGE AND UNIVERSITY: Admissions Building - Addition and Alterations This new addition, to an Admission's Building of an Upstate College, provides a handicapped accessible entrance to a new Reception/Waiting Area, Conference Room and accessible Toilet Room. The addition's second floor provides additional office and conference spaces. A logia on the building's west side leads from the main street to a new outdoor plaza and garden.
HEALTHCARE: Urology Suite New Urology Suite at a metropolitan area hospital including two exam rooms, procedure room and consultation room.
